WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., has introduced legislation (S. 3202) to "discourage speculative oil and gas leasing and to promote enhanced multiple use management of public land and National Forest System land."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 16. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
