WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on 2019 tax filing. The report (GAO-20-55) is entitled "IRS Successfully Implemented Tax Law Changes but Needs to Improve Service for Taxpayers with Limited-English Proficiency".
