WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it expects to award up to eight discretionary grants for aquatic invasive species management in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
