WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it intends to award a $10 million cooperative agreement to the Haitian Ministry of Health and Population for comprehensive HIV, AIDS prevention, care and treatment services.
