WASHINGTON, Jan. 19 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award a discretionary grant for projects that promote mutual understanding and strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Moldova through programs in music, sports and arts.
The award ceiling for this funding opportunity is $25,000.
The funding is open to nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
