WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Sen. Mark R. Warner, D-Va., has introduced legislation (S. 3189) to "use proceeds from spectrum auctions to support supply chain innovation and multilateral security."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Richard Burr, R-N.C., Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Robert Menendez, D-N.J., John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Michael Bennet, D-Colo. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
