WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Sen. John Boozman, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 3187) to "permit the Scipio A. Jones Post Office in Little Rock, Arkansas, to accept and display a portrait of Scipio A. Jones."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 14. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
