WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., has introduced legislation (S. 3186) to amend title 40, U.S. Code, "to modify the definition of Appalachian region."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
