WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Sen. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 3180) to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to restrict direct-to-consumer drug advertising.
The bill was introduced on Jan. 9. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.
