WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 3177) to "provide the Inspector General of the Department of Veterans Affairs testimonial subpoena authority."
The bill was introduced on Jan. 9 and was co-sponsored by Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
