WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., has introduced legislation (S. 3047) to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 "to require the Secretary of Energy to establish a carbon technologies program.
The bill was introduced on Dec. 12 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
