WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., has introduced legislation (S. 3035) to "provide that the amount of time that an elderly offender must serve before being eligible for placement in home detention is to be reduced by the amount of good time credits earned by the prisoner."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 12 and has nine co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Mike Lee, R-Utah, Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Cory Booker, D-N.J., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Christoph . . .
