WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo., has introduced legislation (S. 3032) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to allow for transfers of the renewable electricity production credit, the energy credit, and the credit for carbon oxide sequestration."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 12 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Gary Peters, D-Mich., and Rick Scott, R-Fla. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
