WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on Navy maintenance. The report (GAO-20-257T) is titled "Persistent and Substantial Ship and Submarine Maintenance Delays Hinder Efforts to Rebuild Readiness".
