WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it expects to award up to three discretionary grants for research on prevention of violence and violence-related injury.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $3,150,000 with a ceiling of $350,000 for each award in the program. The agency said the grant was associated with health.
