WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 -- The U.S. Department of State's U.S. Embassy in Lebanon announced that it expects to award up to four discretionary grants for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Lebanon through cultural and exchange programming that highlights engaging youth and empowering women.
