WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 -- Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 2810) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to establish a presumption of service-connection for certain veterans with tinnitus or hearing loss."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 7 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
