WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 2793) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to require coverage without a deductible of certain primary care services by high deductible health plans."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 6. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
