WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 2792) to amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to establish a discretionary spending limit for infrastructure spending.
The bill was introduced on Nov. 6. It was referred to the Senate Budget Committee.
