WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., has introduced legislation (S. 2785) to "set forth a method of determining maximum out-of-pocket limits and annual updates to premium tax credit eligibility under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 5 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Christopher S. Murphy, D-Conn., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Comm . . .
