WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 2771) to amend the Natural Gas Act to protect consumers from excessive rates.
The bill was introduced on Nov. 5 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
