WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for financial and technical assistance to Indian tribes and tribal organizations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
