WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on issues related to dairy cooperatives and the U.S. dairy industry. The report (GAO-19-695R) is titled "Dairy Cooperatives: Potential Implications of Consolidation and Investments in Dairy Processing for Farmers".
