WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on issues related to offshore federal oil and gas leasing. The report (GAO-19-531) is titled "Offshore Oil and Gas: Opportunities Exist to Better Ensure a Fair Return on Federal Resources".
