WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the challenges state educational agencies and selected school districts face implementing the the Every Student Succeeds Act educational stability provisions for youth in foster care. The report (GAO-19-616) is titled "Foster Care: Education Could Help States Improve Educational Stability for Youth in Foster Care".
