WASHINGTON, Sept. 27 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 2551) to "establish the Tariff Rebate Program to disburse revenues from tariffs back to the American people."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 26. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
