WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families announced that it expects to award up to five discretionary grants for Head Start services in Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Bay, Cheboygan, Clare, Crawford, Gladwin, Huron, Iosco, Lapeer, Mecosta, Midland, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Osceola, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle, Sanilac, and Tuscola counties, Michigan.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $25,233,810. . . .
