WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $115,779 cooperative agreement to the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, for aquatic nuisance species control.
