Washington, Sept. 13 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 2475) to "modify the effective date for inclusion of certain members of the Armed Forces serving on active duty in the Yellow Ribbon G.I. Education Enhancement Program."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 12. It was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
