Washington, Sept. 13 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 2472) to "redesignate the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center at Plum Brook Station, Ohio, as the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center at the Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 12 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
