WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $40,011 cooperative agreement to the Southern Illinois University-Carbondale for hydroacoustic survey of bighead and silver carp in Ohio River.
