Washington, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 2465) to "enact as law certain regulations relating to the taking of double-crested cormorants."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 11. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
