WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Department of Defense's implementation of the open source software pilot program. The report (GAO-19-457) is titled "Information Technology: DOD Needs to Fully Implement Program for Piloting Open Source Software".
