WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., has introduced legislation (S. 2348) to restore administrative law judges to the competitive service.
The bill was introduced on July 31 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
