WASHINGTON, July 23 - The U.S. Agency for International Development in Philippines announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for second-chance opportunities for out-of-school youth to reenter formal education and strengthen government systems that support training and employment for out-of-school youth.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $37.5 million. The agency said the grant was associated with education.
