WASHINGTON, July 23 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $63,245 cooperative agreement to the Ground Work USA of Yonkers, New York, for youth crews to refurbish the Lowndes Visitor Center at the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail in Alabama.
