WASHINGTON, July 23 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $99,999 cooperative agreement to the Kansas State University for the evaluation of the effectiveness of muskrats as bio-restoration tool for hybrid cattail invaded wetlands at the Voyageurs National Park in Minnesota.
The agency description of the grant states: "Tasks to be accomplished include conduct trapping, tagging, translocation, and relocation of radio-marked . . .
