WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., has introduced legislation (S. 2188) to amend the Small Business Investment Act of 1958 to improve the license application process for small business investment companies.
The bill was introduced on July 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del. It was referred to the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.
