WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2178) to impose requirements in certain actions for patent infringement.
The bill was introduced on July 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
