WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., has introduced legislation (S. 2167) to "require a certain percentage of natural gas and crude oil exports be transported on United States-built and United States-flag vessels."
The bill was introduced on July 18. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
