WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., has introduced legislation (S. 2160) to require carbon monoxide alarms in certain Federally assisted housing.
The bill was introduced on July 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
