WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., has introduced legislation (S. 2156) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for S corporation reform.
The bill was introduced on July 18 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., and Pat Roberts, R-Kan. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
