WASHINGTON, July 20 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $28,788 cooperative agreement to the University of Texas at San Antonio for the production of best practices in stone building preservation manual to guide park staff and others in conservation of stone structures.
The agency description of the grant states: "As part of this goal, a symposium of experts in stone conservation principles and issues will be brought tog . . .
