WASHINGTON, July 19 -- Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, has introduced legislation (S. 2145) to prohibit the payment of bonuses to contractors for unsatisfactory performance.
The bill was introduced on July 17 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Mike Braun, R-Ind., and James Lankford, R-Okla. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
