WASHINGTON, July 20 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $686,601 cooperative agreement to the Groundwork USA of Yonkers, New York, for the painting of the Bath House and the Maintenance Shop at the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site in Alabama.
