WASHINGTON, July 20 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $215,851 cooperative agreement to the Essex National Heritage Commission Inc. of Salem, Massachusetts, for the provision of youth jobs and training experiences and veteran farmers and ranchers.
