WASHINGTON, July 20 - The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $56,450 cooperative agreement to he Groundwork USA of Yonkers, New York, for technical assistance to build the capacity of Groundwork Southcoast to undertake projects and programs that engage the communities they serve in locally-led projects to improve their economy, environment and quality of life.
