WASHINGTON, June 21 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on matters related to the transfer and subsequent sale of the surplus Army firearms to the Civilian Marksmanship Program. The report (GAO-19-555R) is titled "Civilian Marksmanship Program: Army Funded Report Addresses Various Aspects of the Sale of Surplus Firearms".
The report was sent to Sen. James M. Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, chairman, Sen. Jack Reed, D-Rhode Island, ranking member of the Senate Armed Servi . . .
