WASHINGTON, May 25 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced legislation (S. 1689) to "permit States to transfer certain funds from the clean water revolving fund of a State to the drinking water revolving fund of the State in certain circumstances."
The bill was introduced on May 23. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
