WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., has introduced legislation (S. 1532) to "require the Government Accountability Office to study the role pharmaceutical benefit managers play in the pharmaceutical supply chain and provide Congress with appropriate policy recommendations."
The bill was introduced on May 16 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Mike Braun, R-Ind. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
